Cogia AG: Cogia AG acquires remaining 49% stake in SaaS provider Elastic.io

Frankfurt, Germany - 1 July 2024 - Cogia AG announces the acquisition of a further 49% stake in Elastic.io, a leading SaaS company known for its innovative integration platform. Cogia AG had previously acquired 51% of the shares as part of a strategic acquisition and can now complete the integration of the technologies and services into its own business activities and drive its own expansion by acquiring the remaining shares.
