Cogia AG: Cogia AG announces successful acquisition of its Socializer Messenger by VCI Global Limited

Frankfurt am Main - 1 July 2024 - Cogia AG announces the successful completion of the acquisition of Socializer Messenger by VCI Global Limited (NASDAQ: VCIG). With the final agreement on the terms and conditions, VCI Global Limited acquires the communication platform developed by Cogia AG with innovative AI technology and robust security features and Cogia AG receives in return 3.5 million shares in VCI Global Limited and the right to acquire additional shares worth USD 1.5 million in Treasure Global Inc. (NASDAQ: TGL) over the next 12 months.
